MoboSafe is a vehicle tracking and management platform built for Indian vehicle owners, fleet operators, and service providers. We provide GPS tracking, AI dashcams, eWay Bill automation, ePOD, driver verification, and vehicle verification, all from one dashboard. Our hardware is designed specifically for Indian road and weather conditions.

MoboSafe plans start at 499 rupees per vehicle per month (or 399 per month when billed annually). This includes GPS tracking, alerts, reports, mobile app access, and SIM data costs. Hardware is a one-time purchase starting at 3,499 rupees per device. Volume discounts are available for accounts with 50+ vehicles.

Our GPS trackers provide accuracy within 2.5 metres in open areas. In dense urban environments with tall buildings, accuracy is within 5 to 10 metres. All our devices use both GPS and GLONASS satellite systems, which improves accuracy and fix time especially in areas with limited sky visibility.

Our GT-300 AIS model is fully AIS-140 compliant with ARAI certification. It meets all VLT (Vehicle Location Tracking) device specifications including GPS+GLONASS positioning, emergency buttons, backup battery, and automatic data transmission to the VAHAN portal. We are empanelled with transport authorities in 14 states.

Yes. All MoboSafe devices carry an IP67 rating, which means they are completely dust-tight and can survive immersion in one metre of water for 30 minutes. This is critical for Indian conditions, especially during monsoon season when vehicles drive through waterlogged roads.

MoboSafe is built for individual vehicle owners, fleet operators, logistics companies, service providers, and any organization managing vehicles in India. We work with customers ranging from a single personal vehicle to over 2,000 vehicles. Our platform is used across e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, construction, and personal vehicle security sectors.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are hosted on AWS Mumbai region, so your data stays in India. We implement role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. Data is backed up daily with 30-day retention.

No. Your subscription includes the software platform, mobile apps, SIM data costs, cloud storage, and standard support. The only separate cost is the one-time hardware purchase and installation. We do not charge activation fees, setup fees, or per-report fees.

MoboSafe trackers connect to the vehicle battery (supports both 12V and 24V systems, with input range of 8V to 48V). The device includes a built-in backup battery that provides 4 to 6 hours of tracking if the main power is disconnected, which also serves as a tamper alert.

Yes. MoboSafe integrates with the GST Network API to generate, update, extend, and cancel eWay Bills directly from the dashboard. The system auto-tracks expiry dates against vehicle location and sends advance alerts if a bill is likely to expire before delivery. Part-B updates happen automatically when you reassign a consignment.

By default, location updates are sent every second when the vehicle is moving and every 5 minutes when stationary. You can configure this from the dashboard. The minimum interval is 5 seconds, though we recommend 10 seconds for the best balance of accuracy and data costs.

Yes. Our driver verification module checks driving licences against the Sarathi database in real time. It verifies licence validity, vehicle category authorization, and suspension status. You can set up automatic re-checks every 90 days. Aadhaar-based identity verification is also available.

The device continues recording GPS data and stores it in onboard memory (capacity for 100,000 records). When network connectivity returns, the stored data uploads automatically in chronological order. You will see the complete route history without any gaps.

A trained technician installs the GPS tracker in 30 to 45 minutes per vehicle. Dashcam installation takes 45 to 60 minutes. We provide installation through our network of certified technicians across 120+ cities in India, or we can train your in-house mechanic.

Yes. Annual billing provides a 20 percent discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Starter plan drops from 499 to 399 rupees per vehicle per month when billed annually. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.

Yes. MoboSafe supports role-based access control with customizable permissions. You can create roles like Vehicle Manager, Branch Manager, Driver Supervisor, and Accounts, each with access only to the features and vehicles relevant to their role.

Yes. You can create unlimited circular or polygon geofences on the map. Set alerts for when a vehicle enters, exits, or stays inside/outside a geofence for longer than a specified duration. Alerts come via the dashboard, mobile app push notification, SMS, or email.

All MoboSafe devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This covers the device, internal battery, and all included cables and connectors. Warranty does not cover physical damage from accidents or improper installation.

Yes. For AIS-140 compliance, our system transmits vehicle tracking data to the VAHAN portal as required by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. We also use the VAHAN API for vehicle verification, pulling RC (Registration Certificate) details, fitness certificate status, and insurance validity.

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial on our Starter and Professional plans. You get full access to all software features during the trial. For hardware, we offer a demo unit that our team can install on one of your vehicles so you can evaluate the system with your actual vehicles before committing.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and cheque payments. Enterprise customers can set up purchase order-based billing with NET 30 payment terms. GST invoices are generated automatically for all payments.

MoboSafe offers over 25 pre-built reports including trip history, distance travelled, speed violations, geofence violations, idle time, fuel consumption estimates, driver scorecards, and compliance status. Reports can be scheduled for automatic email delivery daily, weekly, or monthly. All reports are exportable as PDF or CSV.

Yes. Our OBD-100 device supports electric commercial vehicles and can read battery state of charge, remaining range estimates, and charging status from the vehicle OBD port. We are actively expanding EV vehicle management features based on feedback from our EV customers in Bangalore and Delhi.

MoboSafe matches your FASTag transactions with actual vehicle routes. It flags discrepancies like toll charges for routes your vehicle did not take, duplicate charges, and missed toll deductions. Vehicle owners and businesses typically find 2 to 5 percent of FASTag charges are incorrect, which adds up to significant amounts for large accounts.

Monthly plans have no lock-in. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, the remaining months are not refunded, but you can continue using the service until the paid period ends.

Yes, the device uses a SIM card for cellular data connectivity. MoboSafe provides a pre-installed SIM card with all devices. The SIM data charges are included in your subscription plan, so there is no separate SIM cost to manage.

Absolutely. The MoboSafe mobile app shows live location of all your vehicles on a map, with the same features as the web dashboard. You can view routes, check alerts, generate reports, and manage geofences from your phone.

Yes. MoboSafe has Android and iOS apps for vehicle owners and managers, plus a separate driver app for your drivers. The manager app provides live tracking, alerts, reports, and all dashboard features. The driver app handles ePOD capture, trip details, and navigation.

All plans include 12 months of location history storage. Enterprise plans include 24 months. You can also export historical data as CSV or PDF reports at any time.

We provide phone, email, and WhatsApp support from 6 AM to midnight IST, seven days a week. For Enterprise plan customers, we assign a dedicated account manager. Our support team speaks Hindi and English. Average response time is under 15 minutes during business hours.
